    ... enjoyed a meal of Papa Javier's pinto beans & Uncle Diego's potato salad. As usual, the Beaty-Holguin clan treated us like royalty! He will pass it on to the boss, who will not be back for two weeks.     ... it's done, Jamie has a place to run her business, doing both Equine Chiropractics and Training. There is also a round pen, plus a space where a riding arena will go as soon as the rain stops. She's already boarding 4 horses, training 3 of them, and keeping her own horses, Cali and Dani in the last 2 stalls. In time, however, she'll need to reserve one of those stalls for Cali's baby! The new addition should arrive in another 10-11 months. ...

    ... This looked much better so we got hooked up and started to get ready for our visit to Fort Worth.
