    ... big! And it's one of the only zoos in the country that's still free to visit. I looked around at most of the exhibits, and it's quite nicely done. I also bought a stuffed toy racoon from the souvenir shop and a fleece sweater - cause today was really chilly! I now know why they call it the Windy City!! The only thing I didn't like about the zoo was all the kids running and screaming around everywhere. The animals don't like it and neither do I!! I don't do well with big crowds of ...

    ... work. Best of all, we're together and laughing about it. Sunday We had reservations for entry to Villa Borghese so we had to get up relatively early. Total sleep time was about 3.5 hours. We decided to walk in order to get our bearings and soak in the neighborhood. The museum was well worth it and we were both drawn in by many of the famous pieces of art.     Got going a little late this morning, but eventually made it to my goal of the Chicago Botanical Gardens in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
