    I had to get up just past 4:00 this morning and then leave the hotel at 5:00 to get to the airport. There was almost no traffic on the road so we made it to the airport in about fifteen minutes.     ... on me at all. NOPE. That's what I get for thinking the machines are actually and truly functional. I get beeped.     ... so I was surprised when the part we visited looked more like the grass lands of the prairies! In fact the Everglades are a mix of coastal marsh, fresh water slough, mangroves, saw grass prairie, cypress & hardwood hammock. At Shark Valley we took the wildlife viewing tram through the Shark River Slough & saw-grass prairie to see where the alligators like to hang out! There were too many to count!
