... we were taking pictures like crazy. Also, I found the best bargain ever here! At Lakeside Sports, which is attached to a Chevron, adjacent to a laundromat on a small parking lot - $50 dollar dress made with that special material that supposedly keeps one cool for $5 bucks!!!! Loven it! So happy they have sale racks in Mississippi too :)

Until the next stop.....off to McDonalds now. Stay ...

... War II at the local Army base where pilots were learning to fly in trainer aircraft. We retuned to the motel where I read and Jean went for swim for 30 minutes. We then settled on a restaurant for the evening, the Delta Bistro - which Jean called a hidden gem. I had a fabulous crab bisque and goat shank for my meal, Jean had a Cajun Blacken Duck. Wow! ... we had bunk beds with no quilt and a shared bathroom but it was clean! Ed jumped on top "bagsy top" and we headed to the seating area to meet every1. Another driving day.

It was a beautiful sunny day today and around 70 degrees. We filled up with fuel and headed west on Highway 20. When we went across the state line to Alabama, we entered a different time zone, so we gained an hour.
