We arrived in Colorado springs after a 9day stretch of riding, and our following two days were build days. We felt very out of shape during our walk and were grateful to be reminded that we were in the mile high city (one mile above sea level). The beautiful views of ...

... before. We reached the summit in a few hours and were rewarded with fantastic views across the front range out to CO'S other mountain ranges. We ran into another brave would on the summit and spent some extra time taking pictures before joining up with him for the descent back to the car.

After hiking we zipped home and went out in Denver for the night. Mat left Saturday and all in all it was a great visit and excellent hiking ...
