    ... smoothest days on the road are the most uneventful. We didn't have any traffic issues, we didn't get in a fight over directions or driving habits, we didn't have any rain (or hail!     It was so great spending time with Mamalama and Charlie. She cooked us amazing food and they both gave us great cruise tips.

    We went to a huge thrift store and got a few things for pennies. We walked around the last day of Gold Rush celebration in old Sacramento. It was a great time!
