... Kids took a rest after that and then I went on an evening sunset tour and took some great pics of the surrounding hoodoo mountains. These are really cool looking mushroom like rocks that are primarily made of sandstone, with iron stone on top which last a lot longer hence the mushroom shape. We went to bed after that and hunted mosquitos in the tent before turning off the flashlights. Well it's on to Regina, Saskatchewan ...

Avec un tel titre je vous laisse imaginer ce qui est arrivé. Un seul indice, une trappe était mal fermée. Et c'est arrivé à la dump publique en plus et non sur notre terrain. Heureusement on était seul à ce moment la, ca doit être très genant sinon.
Bon direction Banff maintenant. Il pleut a Banff apparement.

... beaux paysages et plus instructifs. On y appris comment les badlands se sont formés, comment les dinosaures sont probablement mort à cet endroit et bien d'autres choses encore.
L'excursion d'après-midi portait plutot sur les fossiles (contrairement aux os), sur les explorateurs et sur les paléontologistes. Encore là, très intérressant. Les guides dans toutes les expéditions sont très bien renseignés et répondent très bien aux questions.

EN: While driving towards to Yellowstone we took a bypass and while still in Alberta we stopped in Dinosaut Provincial Park, where the most famoust archelogical site of dinosaur´s sketeleton was found. The natural landscape itself is interesting and very nice here too, similar to what can bee seen in Grand Canyon in USA, but much smaller of course. We had great day here with one of the best ...
