      Today was a good day exploring Vermont. We saw lots of great covered bridges. Designed like this to stop the bridges getting icy and also to preserve their longevity.       ... then went across the street to the Marsh Billings Rockefeller National Historical Park. Both are a must see if visiting the area. The town has lots of galleries, cute shops and wonderful restaurants. The Woodstock Inn has a beautiful Trent Jones golf course, spa, & racket facility.
