... were the lamas which seemed to have some unique personalities between them. We moseyed through the rest of the zoo stopping at the tortoises, reptile enclosures, the monkeys and birds and whatever else tickled our fancy at the time. Today the route pulled away from the coast and I just motored for a while. I went through some nice coastal areas like San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara.

I got to experience Los Angeles traffic for the first time. At one point it was 14 lanes (7 each direction). It was a bit nuts even though I went into it around 3:30pm. Being on a motorcycle makes it a bit more stressful and I was dressed for moving at 70 mph NOT 2 MPH. There were ...
