        Shopping ... unsuccessfully

A travel blog entry by jason934 on Oct 08, 2015

Our only activity today was an attempt to get the suitcases fuller before we head home in three weeks. We went to many stores over 6 hours and didn't get much at all, despite trying on lots of clothes. The day was pretty warm but it got overcast so the day was comfortable despite being in the late 80s. For lunch we had Taco Bell and for dinner we had ...

A travel blog entry by jason934 on Oct 07, 2015

... the caves we stopped at the Animal Park and Snake Farm on the way back to the hotel. There were a huge number of snake types either some brilliant colours and patterns. ... double barrel shotgun and a rifle. It wasn't just a shooting range though. The guys who ran gave a running commentary on the town and it's history. They even set up little scenarios where you had to protect your gold from the resident bad guys and shoot the dodgy black jack dealer who cheated you. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

        To home

A travel blog entry by cruisinseniors on Sep 24, 2013

We went to lunch at a Mexican place in Georgetown. I didn't particularly care for it, but it was OK. We visited with Jim & Laura for a bit longer then we headed back to the campground where we packed everything up. We pulled out of the park about 1 pm and headed for the Tollway. We stopped at Camping World for about an hour (see entry ...
