Within 30 minutes Max and Chris had churned out quite a length of visually challenging squid ink pasta that will be dressed with a roasted tomato, olive and caper sauce with some freshly grated parmesan. Our last voyage today in the good old Ford Explorer. Our vehicle has been great, stowed a shitload of luggage with out blocking any driver views and carried us comfortably on our American Trip. Rather than being in Chicago's Theatreland District the Apollo is a few miles out of the city and it's a small local theatre with just 400 seats.
