We finally made it on the road. We decided to take US 20 most of the way there. I really thought how I would love to take the whole route coast to coast some day. I changed my mind just East of Dubuque IA. However we did have a hotel reserved in O'Neill Nebraska so we stayed on route.

Here are amazing pix of these real fossils that we were able to get up close to. Read all about this site at: ...

Appreciated a visit at KBRX Radio in O'Neill as we wound our way toward Valentine.

It's a kick to have a Valentine's Day dinner in Valentine, Neb., but not to be outdone, we'll be back in O'Neill for the Big St. Patrick's Day festivities there, including the parade with the famous green horse!
