      ... Union square, I fancied an omelette, just an omelette! She asked me what toast I wanted.. I was a bit baffled and just said brown. Ross looked like a right bloody tourist we had about three different maps all surrounding him it was so funny! The diner was an old fashion USA diner, duke box machines and just old fashion (GREASE era) the omelette arrived HUGE with two pieces of toast and a massive hash brown!       ... had to go through Chinatown so it was packed with Chinese people and was hot, after just a couple of stops we had to get off for Charlotte to be sick. She was sick in a Chinese restaurant that made her pay to be sick.

      We got the bus a bit further and then walked along the front for miles and miles without having eaten anything. When we got to the bridge there was a line of mist/fog covering it which meant all our pictures were ***** anyway. San Francisco is ******* ****.


      And so we come to the end of the road....

      ... 8211; and now we are officially homeless! The nice people at Cruise America didn’t charge us for the mirror damage and also gave a reasonable refund for our lost time at the beginning of the trip for the battery issue too, so we were happy. It was an amazing journey and we have enjoyed every second of it... it’s off to San Francisco and New York to end our USA time in ...

      ... an amazing sight! We also walked past Lombard Street which has 8 hair pin switchbacks on a steep hill which makes it the crookedest street in the world, I was just gutted that we had already handed the RV back as it would have been a great laugh trying to descend a 25ft bus!! Tomorrow is the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz which we are all looking forward ...

      ... Alcatraz tickets.. After buying our tickets we headed over to the shopping arcade and then headed back to the hotel . We had a microwave in our room and a mug each ,so we cooked in turns our pasta in that and mixed in the sauce. We woke up had breakfast and slowly headed to the ticket booth to see if our tickets were there. They were luckily so we headed to towards alcatraz landing .
