      ... the magnificent Opryland Hotel decorated for Christmas. There was an added bonus of an ice sculpture exhibition, this year Frosty the Snowman, carved by a team of Chinese folks who start in July – fantastic. This is my favourite Hotel, ever, anywhere I’ve ever been – a must see in my opinion. Red Bay is a one-off and it was the next stop.
