... Can't see much from this hotel, but tomorrow we shall Romeo and Juliet to our hearts content.

Epilogue: Connor was just watching tv and there on the screen, coming to us live from Milan, is a huge open air rock concert. Right in front of the Duomo. That explains all the sound equipment we saw in the cathedral today - we had just through they got big crowds there for mass. Lucky we didn't get caught in that - methinks the Aunties would not have been impressed

... beautiful ride, the two lakes and the towns that line their shores are all awesome! Once I met with Kate we decided to visit an Italian patissier and get a croissant! they were so delicious and a perfect way to start the day! As we do we went shopping and tried out best to communicate with the locals, always a fun venture.

    Our one Day in Milan.

... holiday. It is a MUST place to see, would love to come back again for longer.

It is our 20th Wedding anniversary today, so we went out for dinner at a restaurant close to our Hotel. Had a lovely meal and a nice bottle of wine.

Then sadly we prepared ourselves to leave tomorrow and head back to Adelaide where the weather is terrible at the moment.

What a lovely lovely day in Milan.
