    An excellent hotel. Great value for money and within a stones throw of Malpensa Airport. Highly recommended.

    We left Venice after lunch and traveled back to Milan via Verona. Due to the timing we did not get to spend any time in the centre of Milan due to our early flight to Copenhagen the next day. The hotel was excellent and the rates were great for a European hotel in a major city. Not much to see around the airport though.

    This morning we had the buffet in the hotel, America here we come. The food was nothing like we've had since being in Italy. Not much more than continental breakfast.     There isn’t much to report from yesterday. It was basically a rest day that involved wandering around Morbegno’s streets as well as running a few personal errands.

    ... up the village from the lake. To get anywhere in the village means using the village tracks - translation goat track (if you are lucky). These tracks I are rough - cobblestones or bare earth, and tend to be very steep with lots of steps. We decided to walk up to the piazza and other shops then go to see the castle. From the Tre.
