    The weather was good heading north...missed most of the rain that was predicted on Monday...but boy did we hit a lot of bugs in Georgia. Our windshield was practically covered! Then, when the rain hit, Richard was hesitant to turn in the wipers...thought we'd have a blinding mess...but it was fine. We stayed in Wytheville, VA last night and got a good start this morning.

    What a trip in 12 "short" ...

    ... I'm more worried about the altitude sickness more than anything because there really isn't much you can do to prevent it. I've read up on it and have been taking Ginkgo, antioxidants and garlic pills plus drinking lots of water. We shall see:) So that's the breakdown. I will keep doing updates as long as the Internet is available. I head out early on the 16th and will chat with you guys ...

    ... I went to a party that Debbie D arranged at a restaurant with a lot of old St Paul employees. What a great evening - I totally enjoyed it It was so good to see everyone. They all looked good and I looked old. Their hair is still brown and blond and mine isnt. Maybe I will use some of those boxes under the sink when I get home - Ha Ha.
