      ... a Harley convention with some hard core heavy music playing, requiring an appreciation stop and to park up with all the other bikers along this stretch.       ... in the Minion shop instead :)) Took a (speedy) walk to the CityWalk to get tickets (on opening night) for Guardians of the Galaxy at the IMAX. The seats were **** but it was worth it because the film was ace, can't wait to see it again!! It was action packed and hilarious, I didn't want it to end! One Subway sandwich later and were back at the hotel exhausted again!! Another 12 hour day!!! Next stop: Hollywood and Santa ...

      ... hostel to meet with the others.

      The afternoon was spent settling in, and exploring the local surroundings (and not falling asleep with mild bouts of jetlag). The local surroundings happened to be Hollywood Boulevard. I could literally walk out the door of the hostel onto the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

      Later that evening there was the premiere of Hercules at the cinema ...

      ... dumpster for 7 days and there was SO much wood, I decided to advertise FREE wood that was in the shed. In my posting, I stipulated that they would have to pull the wood out of the shed. I was not able to do it. I hit the PUBLISH key and within 5 minutes the phone rings. The voice on the other end introduces himself as "Greg" and he starts asking me all sorts of questions about the wood. What species is this wood? Species? What the frig I thought. ...

      ... dungeon-like, depressing death march it's always been. Thankfully, it wasn't as crowded today, so we made it through in about 15 minutes.
