Next stop was Foxen Canyon Winery….I’d read this place was a favorite on the wine tasting circuit. We checked out the tasting menu and knew right away we wouldn’t be purchasing any wines here…the cheapest bottle was $50 and it went up from there. I should point out that we’d done a little bit of reading into wine due to the book we bought in Santa Barbara. Therefore, I think that we had a better idea of what to look for at this tasting and we could ask some (sort of) sensible questions.
