      ... to dinner. We went to AJ Spurs, just a few blocks from the Motel. A fun steak house. There was a waiting list when I dropped Dave off at the door, by the time I parked the car and got inside Dave was already being assigned a table, not sure what he did to pass the line, but I liked it! When our waitress came to our table she had a cast iron pot of vegetable soup with brown beans and salsa on the side for you to add as you wish. Got our drink orders ...

      ... to go visit the mission because we hadn't seen one in a while. Mission Santa Ines was not my favorite mission but it was absolutely gorgeous. While in elementary school, I was paddled due to my inability to complete my mission report. I hold a grudge! There seemed to be something going on but we managed to look around & explore discreetly.
