This was a neat experience to go through, because prisoners today feel they have it hard. Ha!

Stop 6: The General Store...COME ONE, COME ALL!!

This was so fun!! Jordan and the Shoppe owner did the morning announcements through an old time megaphone letting all the towns people know what was happening at the store. ( I have the video to prove it) I was so surprised he did this for as shy as he is, but it was great! In ...

    See You Saturday

This entire week we've been giddy with excitement ending our FaceTime convos with "See you Saturday" in lieu of our normal goodbyes. It's no longer 'goodbye', it's 'see you soon', and for anyone who has had to deal with being separated from a loved one, it's an amazing thing.

I have 25 hours or so of travel that begin early tomorrow morning. Until then.

Had a great time. Love cooking on the gas stove ! Had a blast.

Dogs had a blast and were super tired at the end of each day.

Park was adequate. Sites are small and many spiders. Bathrooms are not walking distance. Better sites on first loop on left side as entering park.

Mom’s health had been declining over the 6 years after my Dad died. Her biggest problem came from back and hip and knee pain from osteoporosis and previous fractures. The pain impacted her mobility to the effect that during ...
