Quick jaunt into Woodstock--"quick" being the operative word here. We found a supposedly dog-friendly spot online (Bringfido.com) but was told upon arrival that only service dogs were allowed. We stayed up late last night sitting by the window of our hotel room and watching Niagara Falls lit in multiple and changing colors. It is mesmerizing to watch the water, the mist and the lights. Even this morning, in the rain, the view was just amazing. But we had to get on our way.

Dinner at Red Robin-burger and chips. Sadly they put number of calories on the menu which always looks horrific. I think they are trying to kill Americans. Burger alone had 1222 calories. Was worth every one though. Thankfully it was fat free (I'm sure, but the menu didnt clarify that point)

Oh yeah, the adrenaline of riding a fancy mountain bike with disc brakes, down steep hills through the woods.
