Edward met us at Reception. He'd seen a note to say we were on our honeymoon and whilst he wanted to give us a suite, they were all booked. At this point, it was about 7.30 pm and we just wanted to drop the bags, go eat and have an explore. No, no, he was insistent that he do something for us. Luckily the sun was out so our stuff could dry as we walked around the zoo.Continuing into the centre we went for drinks in the lounge on the 96th floor of the John Hancock Tower. The drinks were nice and the view amazing! Made better still by knowing we were two floors higher than the observation deck and had avoided the $18 each ticket to go up - thank you lonely planet guide!
