The plan today was to give the Oregon Brewers Festival a go.  This didn't start til noon so there was no hurry to get up.  We had breakfast (provided by the motel) then relaxed in our room, watching Olympics, catching up on these notes, reading, etc.  We headed into town sometime after 12 and wandered around the shops for a while - I wanted to buy some sort of handbag so we didn't have to keep using the daypack when we only had a little bit of stuff.  We looked in ...

We made it out of Ashland by 9:00 (I of course let the kids know that my dad made sure we were on the road by 8 AM on these trips) Trevor offered to drive and ended up giving me the day off. It was a beautiful drive home. Only had to take 3 nitros; not really, he's a good driver. Well it was a fun trip and I can't wait till the next one.
