We decided that we had so much fun at Garner we went back today!! It was much of the same as the previous day - water, rope swings, and paddleboats. Today was our last full day so it was bittersweet. Sad to be leaving but happy to come home to ...
... time at the dance! We are just having a super fun time loaded with memories. I am so proud of my boys for trying new things and just letting loose. I'm very proud of Jay. He's come out of his shell a lot this week. He's been hanging out with a group of kids from BH and trying new things and
dancing at the dance. My little man growing up.

It was mine and James' day to cook all the meals so we are done cooking for the week!! :) We headed to the Garner Dance for the evening where everyone had a great ...
... a trip to Mecca, but with overalls on.
After that, a trip to a state wilderness area where we went on a 6 mile hike that was rated as "mostly strenuous", but really wasn't even in our poor state of physical well-being (blaming it on tax season...dang you Dunkin Donuts!)
And finally, onward to Uvalde, TX where we decided to get a hotel (and Applebees!) after 4 nights in the tent.
