The Butler Institute of Art featured lots super colorful abstract stuff, plus American Impressionists and portrait artists. My favorite piece was all purple and based on Romulus and Remus (Rome's foundation myth) and I took a video of it (accidentally erased) and there's no image available online. ... landed us in Warren, Ohio where we bought some dinner at a supermarket that we warmed up in the microwave of the hotel room. We do this a lot actually. Most supermarkets have a fresh salad bar or ready to go take-home meals. It saves time, money . . . and calories.

One of the cool things about this trip is meeting other American Kids of Vietnam Veterans. I have not physically met Josh or Rachel yet, the other two delegates. Luke and I will also meet anyone who comes to the museum for the meet and greet for the first time ever. We are all spread around the country, so it is exciting to finally meet each other ...
