Stayed here as I had stayed in the Holiday Inn in Tucumcari the night before - which was excellent. This place was nowhere near as clean and just generally was a downgrade on the previous nights stay. Not impressed.

The museum weaves the timeline of the next few days through storyboards to show the recovery phase of the survivors, as well as introduce the story of the tracking down and capture of the perpetrators.

Left Okhlahoma behind, although I still wish we would have looked at the prices of an OKC Thunder playoff game, I know, I know, it would have been big money but maybe worth it? Well, we arrived here in Shamrock and it's interesting what gets classed as an RV site. I'm ...

Restless night for both of us, but up at 6 a.m. to get on the road by 7. We both just took our time and didn't get on the road until 7:45 a.m. Rush hour in Russellville is not fun, but got on the interstate with little issue. I took the first shift as usual. Truck traffic not as heavy as yesterday. My back is sore and sitting is a little tough today. I drive my shift and we stop for gas at Checotah, OK. ...
