The building also contains very good displays about the Acadians in Louisiana since they came here in the late 1700s until the present day. We joined them for more beers and for supper we went over to a local seafood restaurant because we wanted to try Crawfish (we had tried them in Ottawa and did not like them so wanted to see what they are like when fresh and cooked properly) well we loved them!
