... was. I did later discover that she has a slight problem with locks-once you've stripped for a wash in the largest restroom, sliding and checking the lock is an essential skill.

... we wore our hiking boots) turned into a very rough 3+ mile hike. It was the first hike we had done in quite some time, so needless to say we were not in “hiking” condition. We heard later that several people behind us saw grizzilies above them in the trees, but we never saw hide nor hair of any bears. Oh well. The falls were gorgeous and we took the boat back across Jenny Lake. Most people take the boat out and back. Lesson learned! ...

... overseas my advice would be to start with paperwork gathering. Every country is a little bit different and you maybe required to submit anything and everything from an FBI background check to college transcripts. This is also where the requirements are little bit different for every single country.

Here is a recommended paperwork list to get started with:
