      ... to recall the events of that day. The cockroach museum lightened things up for us- it was a quick, but memorable stop( wink, wink!). Our drive to Austin was full of exclamations-"Blue Bonnets!! Blue Bonnets on the right!!" The roadside was so colorful. Once in Austin, it was fried chicken at Lucy's- fun to sit out in the cool evening air with a tin bucket of fried chicken- and some FRIED deviled eggs. I found the merchandise to be very fairly priced, of course, some merchandise was more expensive than others, however, it all depends on what you are looking to purchase.       This morning we took the " Dart " a light rail from Downtown Carrollton to the city. Unfortunately Simon had a 20 minute drive from Coppell to the station. The Carrollton line appears to go through poorer neighbourhoods. What did amaze me was the number of cars in carparks and lining the streets on the way in. It is truly a car city.
