    We spent the day biking and looking around the ends of the park we hadn't seen yet. We went over to an old homestead, saw the Marina and enjoyed the views.     ... the evening. Today we biked over an off road bike trail where I tried out my new off road wheelchair tires. It is very hot and humid but not so bad under the canopy of the trees. The trail was rugged and a lot of ups and downs but it wound around a gigantic lake so had nice views through the trees.     ... potatoes, roasted peppers and great bread. Followed with miniature pastries. An evening of great conversation, laughter and wonderful company. Her daughters are so beautiful, warm, and fun to be with, we are delighted that Martina will be coming to New York and hope she spends time with us. A perfect ending, a wonderful Italian family , our friends, how lucky are we. New York here we come........

    ... posed for a ridiculous photo and realised that inside was a metal slippery slide.. let's just say, we died of laughter when Nalah (the dog) skidded and slipped sprawled out down the slide.... I know what your thinking..why would we be wearing exercise gear if we were just going to eat Aussie food for lunch...well we actually went and hiked Kennesaw Mountain which is 1808 feet. After the "local" Jorja lead us onto the wrong trail, ending up eventually hiking up the road instead ...
