... we booked on the Untouchables Tour, for $30 each.
The plan was for Julia and I to take the L to the starting point of the tour, however Julia took forever to get ready so we ended up having to take a taxi. I was annoyed because I’d not ridden in on the L yet and wanted to take some pictures from the train. The tour was good, didn’t give as much information as I’d have liked but it was fun all the same. We watched one of our DVD's which was really good then in to bed for about 9pm (one hour time difference between this state and the last). Tomorrow is a big day in ...
This was our Chicago day. We spent a little bit exploring Logan Square, planned to go to church, but it was locked up and empty. So we changed and headed to the city.
First up was a boat tour. I did not book ahead of time since I didn't want to limit us. We got off at Clark/Lake and really enjoyed the walk along the river- once we got past the construction. I was hoping to be able to take the CAF. But dang it I forgot which side of the ...
