    11/29 was travel from Ft Myers day...well half day really leaving Ft M at 3p and arriving in Calif local time 9pm.     ... will be flying into San Diego to join us as crew aboard Winterhawk. The two of us can handle the boat alone under normal circumstances. So far we have been hopping from one harbor to the next consisting of mostly day trips. On the Ha-Ha we'll run day and night for 3 days before the first stop.     ... I just couldn't imagine what they would be like.

    I needn’t of worried at all! They are family after all, and what a great lovely family they are! Helen and I were welcomed with hugs and kisses, and wine and food all on arrival!

    Penny and Tony live in a beauitiful bungalow in Livermore where it is considerably warmer and less windy then San Francisco! Which was blissful! And we had our own room, with double beds and cosy douvets! Helen was leaving the next day! ...
