    ... so much the amount of walking we had done! We went back to the hotel for an hour, I sky per Scott and then we fell asleep. There wasn't much shopping to do because it was a Sunday and everything closes early, especially on bank holiday.     ... out where everyone was hiding in Dallas - they're in San Antonio! Haha. It's packed here everywhere. The is loads going on, music, live Mexican and Spanish bands coming around people's tables at the restaurants, bear enough all the trees had lights hanging from then which was really pretty!     ... defiant they were to certain death in the name of Texan and American freedom. We then did the impressive river walk which was really well done and maintained, making for a good stroll around San Antonio. Apart from this there wasn't too much more to do in San Antonio so we left and followed the Spanish mission trail which the Spanish settlers took when they arrived in America and Christianised the natives.     ... Some of those types are really just rust buckets, but some of them are carefully treated and decorated to take full advantage of their funkiness. The most valuable cars there were probably the 1953 grey Beetle, a 1954 grey combi van, a couple of pristine 21 window splitty vans, and a Porsche 505.
