    ... but todayit was more like that plus an additional 20 minutes. We made it back all safe and sound albeit a aittle wet. Back to the lodge and just in time for dinner with a couple from our group. On the way back to our roomwe saw elks outside of our room. Jo could not pass up the photo shoot so into the room via the back door to retrieve her camera.
    Tomorrow we head off by coach to Lake Louise but that is for tomorrow's blog

    Today we had our second day on board the Rocky Mountaineer train. This was a better day than yesterday as the scenery was more of what we thought that the trip would y,ield such as mountains, snow and hopefully sonme wild life, (some of our fellow travellers saw bear in the trees) and yes bears actually do.......! It was a long trip 8 in the morning til 7 at night. The accommodation here is sort of log ...
