It was at least a nice atmosphere down there and quiet. We did not know at the time, though, that the hotel's WiFi would totally screw up our WiFi once we got home (we had to totally reset our internet connections on 2 computers and 2 iTouches). ... David: This appeared to be a theme in most of the hotels: long queues and very few staff even though there was a massive reception desk. I can only think that it's done on purpose to make those in the incredibly well staffed and short VIP queues feel like they're getting value for money out of their VIP status.)
