We arrived in Greenville about four hours late so we caught a cab to pick up the car, and we took to the hills. Lovely views, warm weather, and no need for coats, gloves or hats. Had a burger for lunch while sitting in the sun which was a great change. Finally at about 2 PM we got to the Blue Ridge Parkway only to find that it was closed, so we …
... some pictures then headed towards Caesars Head State Park on US-276. We parked at the parking area for Raven Cliff
Falls and headed out on the trail for our last waterfall of the weekend. The trail is about 2.2 miles one way and

We continued down 100/41 to the beautiful town of White Springs. We stopped at a wayside park on the historic and scenic Suwanee River.
We cruised on through Georgia and made it to Anderson in time for dinner. Thanks to Steve we had an amazing lasagna dinner.
Tomorrow we start our journey.
