De dag vroeg begonnen, door de kou in de cabin. Wandeling gemaakt langs leigh lake in Grand Teton, enkele uren goed doorstappen alweer. De blaren beginnen te komen. Vroeg vertrokken, gezien we 4 uur rit voor ons hadden. Nog even gestopt in Jackson Hole, bekend skidorp. Hels toeristisch, 400 winkels met dezelfde idiote t-shirts. Dan maar doorgereden …
A: No one. But I am blessed to be meeting up with friends, family and former students at many parks along the way.
Q: "Why baseball?"
A: I am foremost a basketball guy, but baseball stadiums have their own unique character and personality. Part of the reason I am a Red Sox fan (go ahead and boo) is because of their history and the uniqueness of Fenway. Also as a teacher I have summers off ...

As we drove further south in Idaho and down into Utah the mountain views became more and more beautiful. Some were snow dusted and some were grassy. John probably wanted to climb all of them. The mountain views accompanied us most of our drive through the two states. As we got ...

As Mary says there are positives and negatives to everything. We have stayed at enough Holiday Inns on this trip that we have achieved Gold status. Today we were upgraded to a King Suite for the night. The negative, it was next to the ice machine. All in all this is a nice road trip hotel that I would stay in again. It kind of compensates for spending the night in Evanston WY.
