Most expensive: Oslo, where I paid $27 for a burger and $7.50 for a Coke. Sheesh.
Least expensive: Prague. The Czech koruna is the best deal you'll get for your US dollar.
Most overwhelming: London. You can spend ages here and not see everything!
But of course, the best city in Europe is Copenhagen! :)
