    Today we got to sleep in!! Yay!! Started the day with a tour around the area. It is beautiful. Some of the houses are just gorgeous. We were shown St. Paul's Cathedral, the statue garden, and much more. But then, the important part of the day, Shopping at the Mall of America!!!!! We were given 4 hours to shop!     ... in 19 states. Good news! They have one in Bowling Green, Kentucky! Now I can visit my sister when I get my Culver’s fix (or is it the other way around?)!

    I took the scenic route to Minneapolis, which meant driving along the Mississippi River from La Crosse, Wisconsin up to Red Wing, Minnesota (where the shoes come from, apparently). It was indeed very scenic.

She was thinking about her guinea pig Panda who had disappeared back home and it was a case of homesick for those dear pets. A cuddle and prayer plus a counting of the days left before getting home helped catch the next wave of sleep for Anna. Two weeks and we'll be back home again.
