    Near Geocaching Headquarters is the statue of J.P. Patches and his girlfriend, Gertrude. Patches was a TV clown who was on local TV for many years.

    ... I imagine that this was when this land was destroyed. Very heartbreaking to see.
    We stopped in the town of Twist or something like that and we got some gas..Kaff came out of the Servo ticked off because the woman inside was not very helpful or friendly. Her gas was cheap though...

    Preparing for our trip to Costa Rica. Our house is decorated, thanks Vicki, the Christmas lights are up, beautiful exterior illumination. Now for packing and last minute details.     ... a Post Office to buy 1 new postcard stamp and also stamps to make up the difference between the old and the new price. We googled Post Office, found one in the next town and got off the highway to find it. It took a while, but we got there.
