... Applebee's for dinner, Di jumped on the back of me so she could have a little drink. Great thing about Applebee's is, order one drink and they bring two �� anyway after dinner and a couple of rounds of drinks it was time for Kathy and Burt to head back. ... golf course included salads,sandwiches and delicious key lime pie. My peach,watermelon ,arugula and feta salad was unique and delish. After a leisurely lunch ($ 94 for 4) we checked out the pro shop and found nothing we couldn't live without. Toured the rest of the resort. After visiting the museum in Inverness, we stopped at the Withlacoochee State Forest and rode on the McKethan Lake Nature Trail. Part of the trail was an asphalt loop around a small lake; there were two off-road trails which we also took. These were really fun and took a lot more effort than riding on asphalt.
