    Monday, May 4, 2015 PCT Day 15 Trail Angel Papa Smurf made breakfast for all of us hikers that spent the night. After that, he gave us all rides to run our errands including eventual rides back to the trail. They only errand I needed to do was buy trail food at the grocery store.     ... 10 minute ascent. At the top, some 8516ft up, the temperature was a rest from the heat below with amazing views. We could see all the way to the Saltan Sea (a lake really!) & even to the hills near Las Vagus some 350 miles away. We stopped for a drink admiring the view then headed down.
