4:30am comes awfully early, but we're excited to be underway! Even the kids are excited, and with teenagers, that never happens! Departure from Huntsville toward Chicago. Got an all day lay over in Chicago because there is only one flght to Chicago from Huntsville.
All went well other than the American Airlines agent had to physically complete the baggage connection between Paris and Malta. This meant that he had to hand write the ultimate destination. I don' think he has ever heard of Malta.

... of a break from the kids while they did a secret mission & we were left to design our mission patch. Everyone pretty much sat there & it took a lot for me avoid going into full teacher mode. In the end, of course, the girls did the work while the boys talked shop.
