      ... cottage I rented in Vermont is owned by a couple of artists (painter and sculptor) and they've built their own little slice of heaven up on top of a hill overlooking the Passumpic River valley.       Cate and I then took our combined 3 dogs (Stormy, Cinnamon and Addie) for a beautiful hike in a local conservation area. Stormy, the fierce Chihuahua, did his level best to put Addie in her place, attempts which were mostly ignored. A good time was had by all.
