      ... The Gulf water is muddy at the point, and the beach did not look terribly appealing. This part of the Gulf is vacation cottage country, with cottages as well as some very large houses all built up on stilts, and we are talking about 10 FT stilts, not just foundation posts.       ... time. Getting to spend time with the locals was awesome and being in the warm weather gave me good time to recover from this nasty flu.
