After several visits from United officials It was determined she would need medical attention and needed to be returned to the gate. She was either having a major anxiety attack or possibly just wasn't ready to go home yet...not really sure which. Oh, and by the way we will have to wait a bit while they try and find her luggage stowed away in the cavernous hole of a few hundred ...

      Changes I made

Yesterday, I tried to fix my stay at a guest ranch in the Texas Hill Country. However, the ranch of my choice is closed for a week due to a family wedding. I have checked for alternatives, but I either do not like the ranch or it is way too expensive. Therefore, I will jump on a horse in New Mexico or Arizona. Naturewise I will like those states better anyways.
So, this forenoon I will hop in a bus to San Antonio. Jan 29th in the evening, I will fly to El Paso.

... time. Getting to spend time with the locals was awesome and being in the warm weather gave me good time to recover from this nasty flu. Before we left randy took us out for a Mexican breakfast at a really cool Mexican restaurant near nasa. The hardest part was leaving after making such great friends, but we know for sure that we will see them again! Spending 5 days with these guys really opened our eyes to the American culture and way of life. Everything here is so spread out ...
