... cookie. Why? Because they could!
As we stroll back to the car, we remark on the perfect weather, look to the sky and observe the many storks and nests (art) on each roof around us. The stork, legend tells us, brings luck and prevents homes from being struck by lightning. A safe omen for our drive on towards Santa Barbara as we work our way home. A delightful stop, good food, great company, lots of laughs - a great day.

Solvang is a neat little Danish themed town. Eating fantastic pastries seems to be the main attraction. There is LOTS of wine tasting but since we were driving, we decided to 'taste' at another time.
