Today, we had a lot of fun. We got to see real live adult Ostriches. I though I was lucky when I saw baby Ostriches at the Academy of Sciences. And guess what, we also got to feed them. But, before we fed them, we had to read a long list of things to do and not do. After that, we got a bowl of Ostrich feed.
Adult Ostriches are about 7-8 feet tall, and some of them tried to steal the bowl from us. After that, we got to just watch the Ostriches "frolic" ...
... the guys at the motel what was the one thing they would do? They recommended a mono-rail trip to Pike Place Markets. It was great - they were on the docks and had about five terrace levels of shops. The fresh fish was to die for and so cheap. We had dinner at a little Irish pub not far from out motel - food and atmosphere was really good.
