... talking very fast. Too fast for my limited Spanish to comprehend. So I had no idea I was effectively camping in Miami for the night. Until the American Jehovah's Witness and grumpy British man joined me in my base camp (beside the power outlet nearest the Starbucks). I also miss other volunteers that I came to love and befriend. It is funny how close you can become to people in such a short time. But it was so nice to be completely surrounded by people who see the world the way that I do - people with bleeding hearts for the men, women, and children of Africa. Every ...

    Hi friends!
I'm leaving for Findhorn in a little over three weeks! Yikes! I think I'm still partially in denial about the fact that I will actually be living and studying in a beautiful little town on the coast of Scotland. I don't really believe that it's going to happen, but I'm still preparing for it. I've spent the past month searching, shopping, and bargaining for the things that ...
