I had a beautiful dinner last night with my family and friends at Mikunis Sushi restaurant to satisfy what will surely be my last taste of legit sushi for a while. We ordered enough food for small banquet.

Take a look at my (admittedly awful first attempt at a panoramic) photo of dinner and my skill of tetris-esque luggage packing!

Once I got up there, we had dinner, watched "Cars", played Double ...

... explore, I hope we won’t get too distracted that we'll have to remember our trip in a negative way.

On my way to lunch with a friend from work today, I noticed a lot of tulips and irises are in full bloom already. Kit planted a whole bunch of tulips and ranunculus in the front yard for me a few months ago. All we get so far is just one tiny little tulip (with ...

        ... instead?

Kit bought some customizable ear plug materials for the headphones so we won't be bothered by crying babies again on the plane. We did our fitting tonight. It felt weird to me to have playdoh-like clay stuck inside my ears with cotton swabs sticking out. Kit said my look reminded him of Shrek... In that case, I'll take a picture of the real Shrek for everyone to see then!
