... That was super fun! We stayed in our first hostel and ate lots of good food. We visited Killarney national park, that was my favorite place so far with the fall colors changing and the beautiful weather we had it was absolutely beautiful! There was a cool trail along the lake and big mountains behind, a great view! I was and have been in photography heaven! Karly has been so paitient with me stopping every 5 feet and ...

We figured that we had outsmarted the rain and stop for the night at Hot Lake RV Park located 5 miles south of La Grande, OR. Alas, no we did not. We set up and hunkered down for the night. Our 217 mile trip driving in the rain was not too stressful but we were definitely ready to stretch ...

... touring we saw lots of wild deer, a elk, fox and bird life. It has been nice to see these animals in their natural surroundings. This morning I was woken up to a wood pecker having a real go at a tree just outside our window. Again we have enjoyed wonderful hospitality and it will be sad to move on again tomorrow. Jay and Lynda were more than happy to look after us since they had such a wonderful time with Janine and Robert and Ritchie and Liz during the Cowie ...
