... food had mixed, if not widely-divergent, reviews. The route to the restrooms led right through the kitchen, and Mandy wished she had eaten first like the rest of us. Ah well, you can't win them all.

It had been said that of all of the venues we were to have on this tour, this one would be the worst. Not because of crowds, but because of the load-in/load out. I truly believe that what they said was wrong. The Butler Institute of Art featured lots super colorful abstract stuff, plus American Impressionists and portrait artists. My favorite piece was all purple and based on Romulus and Remus (Rome's foundation myth) and I took a video of it (accidentally erased) and there's no image available online. So designated to preserve some of the natural areas along the Cuayahoga River as well as the history of the Ohio and Erie Canal system built along the river back in the early 1800's. ... we found the HOF to be informative as to the history of the game, and was fun to see the busts and also various personal items from various individual performances, such as Jerry Rice's football when he broke the record for number of passes, Russell Wilson's Super Bowl jersey (My favorite), etc.

Then around 5 PM we drove back to Walmart, hooked back up and drove an hour north of Akron to Silver Lake Campground to camp for the night. (next story)
